I'd like to get some opinions from those of you that have experience with these smokers. I'm looking at a used Southern Pride 79-3-SSE. It has 5 stationary racks. I'm also looking at other used Southern Pride rotisserie units such as the 280 and spx 500. I'm leaning toward the rotisserie. What do you think? Can the same quality BBQ be produced on both of these units?
