Best Grillgrate sear to date,2nd fatty PRON
 

Ok ok, got to admit, I didnt cook the chicken..the wife did :eek:

Fired up the grill and put the chicken down...she ran with the rest after some instruction on the thermapen, some rough times and a bit of help here and there...talk about giving up "job security"lol

After the chicken was done I figured why not use the left over chicken for smoking a fatty..just added cheese:)
