BBQ Kinda

Yesterday when making sausage. I had to throw a couple Pork Steaks on to make my Daytona 500 lunch.

BBQ Pork Fried Rice

Fareway had pork steaks on sale for .99 lb so I talked to the meat manager and he sold us 5 cases of butts at 99 cents per lb. Had to pick up some paks of pork steaks too.
