I cooked a butt today using Chris Lilly's secret:gossip:injection. What I did diffrent this time is after I cut the fat cap off, I wraped it it saran wrap, injected through the wrap, then wrapped it back up tighter than a kilo of Columbian uncut. When i got it out the fridge this morning to rub it, maybe only a 5th of the injection had come out into the pan than what normally does. End result was one of the juiciest butts I've ever had.:becky: (pun intended)....Will defienetly do this from here on out!
