Does Lobster and Brats Count as Surf & Turf?

I tried my hand at grilling lobster for the first time tonight and had some pretty good success. I set up the Big Joe for two zone cooking and cooked some baked taters, corn on the cob, and a couple brats... The is here if anyone is interested in watching... |

Looks fantastic, John. Thanks for the suggestion on scoring the bottom of the meat to keep it from curling. In all the times I've grilled tales, I've never done that. Will try it next time. :thumb:

Looks mighty fine JM! I usually run a wooden skewer through the body of the Lobster to make lay flat.
