Dusted some chicken tenders up an hour ago.

Looks good. Smells great.

I've had his california competition chicken before and it's amazing. It's sweet, but very tasty.

ColdFyre 02-17-2013 05:24 PM

I live about a mile or 2 from his place here in So-Cal, I'm tempted to see if he'll sell out of his house :) I want to do his BBQ class but it's a lil pricey for me right now

The comp chicken rub is fantastic, it's my favorite rub flavor profile for sure.

Check his site for catering info, he's always cooking extra.

It's good. I took Harry's class two months ago and we made it. Would like to try the rub with msg.

Here is the SYD chicken rub

DubfromGA 02-17-2013 07:37 PM

I goofed when I ordered it....didn't realize this was not a chicken-specific rub.

It had a really nice flavor and a nice bit of heat. The sauce really complemented it.
