First Smoke on new UDS w/Pron
This will be my first smoke on the new UDS. Pork spears for supper along with the wife's potato salad and baked beans...

They had great flavor and smoke...little dry...

I've way overcooked some ribs in my day...you didn't even get close to mine. Yours look easily washed down with a good beer or 6 :thumb:
