Idaho caterer vs. personal chef license

I have been all over the websites from Ada county and Idaho and can't find any information about personal chef licensing. Caterer's fall under the restaurant code but I don't see anything about personal chef. Has anyone had experience as a bbq 'personal' chef or caterer in the Boise area?

The above link would lead me to believe that a Personal Chef may be exempt from needing a food license. However, it would be a VERY good idea to contact the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare directly to find out how this type of food service is handled. Or contact your local Health Dept representative. They should be able to provide or steer you toward the necessary information.http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/da...AAAElFTkSuQmCC
