Baby Back Ribs (pr0n)
Made 2 racks of baby back ribs on my 22 1/2" WSM, using KBB and 5 red oak chunks.
Cooked at 275F for 2 hours. Then foiled with squeeze butter, honey and brown sugar for about another 1 1/2 hours, until toothpick tender. They came out great! Rubbed up. http://imageshack.us/a/img69/7959/babybacks0101.jpg On the WSM. http://imageshack.us/a/img825/2661/babybacks0102.jpg Ready to be foiled. http://imageshack.us/a/img818/9972/babybacks0103.jpg Done. http://imageshack.us/a/img801/7646/babybacks0104.jpg Platter o' ribs. http://imageshack.us/a/img197/5102/babybacks0105.jpg Pot o' ribs. http://imageshack.us/a/img401/7905/babybacks0106.jpg Served up dry. http://imageshack.us/a/img819/615/babybacks0107.jpg Beer o' the day. http://imageshack.us/a/img152/7731/babybacks0108.jpg Thanks for looking.
