Sausages On The OTG (pr0n)
Made some Bratwurst, Chorizo and Sweet Italian sausages on my 22 1/2" OTG.
Cooked indirect at about 275F dome temperature, for about 1 1/2 hours. Using my BernzOmatic JT850 for the first time. http://imageshack.us/a/img849/8163/sausage0101.jpg On the OTG. http://imageshack.us/a/img27/3941/sausage0102.jpg Turned after about 45 minutes. http://imageshack.us/a/img842/7789/sausage0103.jpg Pot o' sausages. http://imageshack.us/a/img716/4484/sausage0104.jpg On hero bread with sauteed onions. http://imageshack.us/a/img69/6217/sausage0105.jpg On a hot dog roll with chili. http://imageshack.us/a/img94/4165/sausage0106.jpg On a hot dog roll with chili and sauteed onions. http://imageshack.us/a/img266/2369/sausage0107.jpg Beer o' the night. http://imageshack.us/a/img546/7453/sausage01beer.jpg |
