Took some slivers off a Cherry Mojobrick, put them in the smoker box, lit them with a torch.

And slow roasted a 1 lb. batch of Sweet Maria's "Ethiopiques" Espresso blend in the RK Drum Coffee Roaster.

Rolled for 19 minutes at 450* and here is the finished product.

This hog smoked with cherry MOJOcubes.
