Cherry Smoked Spares
On the Kamado Big Joe. Rubbed down with Plowboys yardbird. Made some smoked mac n cheese with bacon. Had company over and didn't take as much pr0n. :cry: But the eating was gooood!

Man you're killing me, I bought some cherry recently and just picked up a couple of racks of spares but won't have a chance for a couple of weeks to try them! Great looking ribs there.
