Smoked turkey breast

Sitting here waiting on some storm we are suppose to get. I decided to kill some time and smoke a turkey breast [used my safe ]. I used Yardbird rub and oak mixed in with briquettes @325-350 degrees.

What temperature did you cook it to? Looks terrific. Was it moist?

Got one just like it in the freezer. Makes me want to defrost it for this weekend. Good job!

It was still moist. I usually take it out at 160 but I got a little distracted
