Recommended Commercial Smoker?
Dearest Brethren:
What would be a good smoker for small to moderate commercial use? |
I think southern pride, ole hickory and Fast Eddy's all have excellent reputations.

Whats your budget and is it to be in a restaurant or do you need it mobile.

Speaking as a customer, J&R Oylers can put out excellent barbecue in a commercial setting.

I have an ole hickory cto that I use for vending, catering and comps. I love it, it's NSF approved, easy to clean and turns out great food. I like the propane assist, but I can run it off charcoal and wood chunks as well.
