Har-Bowl Que'n - What's Smokin?
Post up what's smokin! and how the cooks are going. Some pron and party pics are welcome and encouraged.

I got up at 6:30 PST and fired up my trusty ol' UDS and put my 9# butt on at 7:30. I'm thinking 6-7 hours on the butt. UDS seems to make quick work of them. Its chugging along at 275 right now. I'll foil around 160 based on color. I have a dozen HHD wings marinating and a dozen ABT's ready to go on around 1-1:30. I am DVRing the game so if I'm a little late no biggie.

Not the best pic I'm using my phone as it's early.

Any game predictions? Any fun bets? I'm willing to wager a box of plum wood vs a subscription I'm taking the 49ers!

great idea for a thread. i was going to post one and i'm surprised that this fell to the bottom of the second page.

the missus is working, so i'm just doing a bunch of abt's for when she gets off at 6:00. i'm making some extra as my parents told me they wanted some next time i made them.

half mild italian sausage, cheese and cream cheese and the other half pulled pork, cheese and cream cheese.

for the rub i used biga's foil hat rub along with some 3 eyz rub......

The original plan was brisket/ribs/brats but the wife decided she wanted wings instead of ribs. So I put the 13# brisket on at 1am and it came off at 9:30am. Easily the fastest brisket cook I have ever had as I was planning on it going til at least 1pm. Wings and brats will be going on at about 3 to be done with plenty of time before the game.

Looking good! Just me and the wife tonight so I put some moinks on the mini-WSM and made a big bowl of guacamole.
