Picked her up this morning and plan on seasoning tomorrow. Maybe sneak in a few ribs in the evening. Trying to come up with a sleek, sexy name for her. Any suggestions.

Nice! Congrats! Don't forget to burn off the manufacturing oils before seasoning.

That will be the early morning burn! Just to make triple sure, I plan on doing that burn without water in the pan, and the seasoning with water in the pan???

Thanks. My father in law came and took measurements for the cart today. If you have any insights on the build feel free to let me know.

I have a great name for it: "gtr's new Gator". :thumb:

A handle or grab bar on the rear, so you can move it like a hand truck.
