Going to rotate a 5 lb. bone-in pork loin (one big pork chop) on Sat. Chick quarters on the grill tonite and wings on Sun.

12-10 lb. butts tomorrow, wings & burgers on Sunday.

I have a case of Pork Hawg Wings ordered that should be in by noon, going to throw a bunch on the Grill for the big game!

a couple slabs of short ribs.....couple dozen wings and hopefully have them done right before kickoff Sunday. :)
