Pork Butt Steaks
I haven't tried these before, and have a friend asking me about it.
How do you cook a pork butt steak? I would assume 250ish till around 160-170 tops so it won't fall apart on you ...? Thanks for the help. |
I Grill them over medium high heat until the juice runs clear. May need to slice an edge if they start to curl up at the fat. I season them prior to cooking and use no sauce, the Pork flavor is perfect.

Grill it like a pork chop! Pork steaks are big here in STL. Cook em hot and fast and then sauce them in the last few minutes of the cook. There some good eatin!
