Thanks all. For anyone with a UDS, how many cooks did it take you to figure out how to get your temps dialed in?

Great job on the UDS. They produce some seriously good BBQ. I always break in my new ones with a fatty as well. Gives the inside of the drum a real nice yellowish patina.
