Cooked a pizza on the kettle

Basic pizza mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Smoked with some oak. Thought it was gonna be burnt but the crust was fantastic. Attachment 74780

It's all in the taste. If it tastes good it is good. Looks crunchy with good topping.
