Wusthof shipped a bunch of Brisket knives out to the KCBS meeting this weekend and didn't want to ship them back so they gave them to us at a huge discount and here they are. $99 each with guard.

Just ordered one today myself! :-P I had the honor of test driving one at the Jack a couple of years ago...really liked it but didn't have the extra cash at the time to take it home....:cry: It's all good now...:clap:

brisket in California, once it's cooked goes for around $18 a pound, so that would be $100 knife to cut $150 brisket. Mine is worth so much more too.
