Baby backs N Football! (Pr0n)
2 Attachment(s)
I don't know if there's anything better than some good Q and football on Sunday! Decided on baby backs, cause they looked meaty at the store.
Trimmed up and seasoned with some mustard/cider vinegar and slap yo mama Attachment 74719 Couple hours in between 250 and 275. They've reached the color I'm going for, so it's time to get them wrapped up. In the mean time I made a glaze to finish them up with later. Attachment 74720 Back in the pit now. Can't wait to get theses finished! More to come. |
Niiiiiice.. just finished up doing the same myself. Enjoy!!

Ok, I unwrapped after 1 hour and ribs ate already pulling away and out. Just put the glaze on, and once it caramelizes, they're ready!

Thanks! Wife and I just downed a rack. The other's coming to work with me tomorrow. This was a good practice run for my next comp in February.

Damn those look good. I've been working so much my smoker's feeling neglected. That's first on my to-do list for my next day off- ribs and ale!

I'd love a test bite too.

Awesome looking ribs!!!!!!!

I made some ribs too for Sunday football, not so good. Got caught up in the game and forgot to add brown sugar and apple juice to the ribs when foiled. Realized that this caused a overcooked and chalky rib. Yours look great. I'll be at it next weekend.
