Finally the cold struck...
-38c here. Kinda nice for freezing stuff though. Bought a few pork butts and side ribs and tossed em outside and they were frozen solid in no time :)

My dad came from northern Canada... told me stories of how easy it was to freeze fresh meat and fish. :grin: |

55F and pouring rain here at 6 in the morning. My butts are outside but they are sitting at 166 and will be ready for lunch.

Yea, I had to put my UGG Boots on this morning before I could go get some oranges of the tree. Brrrrrrrrr that's brutal.
