Rebuilding my Smoker
I have doing quite a bit of reading on a better designing a better Smoker.
I have what would called a Homemade Offset, Reverse flow smoker. It started life as a pair of steps. http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...moker/file.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...ker/file-1.jpg And it turned into this. http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...r/Smoker01.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...r/Smoker02.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...r/Smoker03.jpg Now I do plan to add some angle iron to the firebox and tighten it up quite a bit. I am kicking around some other ideas. What would you do to improve this? |
Great job!

I have found some latches that will hold the door much tighter.
I also am looking at a DigiQ system. |
Now that's what I call up-cycling. Nice work. :thumb:
