Here is your chance to attend The Ultimate Whole Hog and Pork Class.
This is your chance to learn the art of cooking Whole Hog, Pork Shoulder, Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Pork Bellies and Sausage.
Have you ever wondered where on the hog your cuts come from? Or how to prepare and cook your pork like a professional competition BBQ Pitmaster? If so, this is the class for you.
The class will be taught by Eric Frase from BBQ and Beyond Competition BBQ Team and Catering and Steve Rogers from 5-0 BBQ Competition BBQ Team and The BBQ Equipment Store:
Eric is the owner of the BBQ and Beyond catering company that offers a wide selection of options from Traditional BBQ, Artistic Platters, Luau's, Seafood, and Plated Dinners. Eric established his catering background in college while working for Good Tidings Catering and as a chef at the Comcast Center. His passion for cooking then led him to found BBQ and Beyond. In 2009 Eric also launched his own line of BBQ Sauces. Eric can also be found on the competition BBQ circuit.
Steve is the owner of The BBQ Equipment Store and is the founding member of the 5-0 BBQ Competition BBQ Team. While serving on active duty with the United States Coast Guard he established a passion for barbecue. Steve was able to experience different ways to BBQ while in the South Eastern United States and the Caribbean. Steve took the BBQ skills that he learned, combined it with his background as a meat cutter and experience working in the retail food industry to develop a line of gourmet BBQ sauces and dry rubs. In 2007 5-0 BBQ LLC, the parent company of The BBQ Equipment Store was established to bring these high quality products and BBQ techniques to the marketplace. Steve has been competing in competition BBQ since 2009.

Due to the time of year please dress warm for the outside portions of the class. The instructional portion of this class will held indoors and also at the pits.

For those of you that don't know Eric Frase he placed 3rd at the Jack this year in Chefs Choice and Reserve Grand Champion for the sides contest at The American Royal.
Two weeks until the class and we still have a few seats available.
