Chili with Smoked Tomatoes
The other day, I want to try making some Salsa, So while I had the smoker going I took a pan and filled with Tomatoes, Onions, and Peppers to make a Smoked salsa.
The results, where not what I wanted.
So I instead ran everything through the food processer and added it to the a pot of chili I was making.
That turned out to be a bettter use. I will try the salsa again in the summer when the tomatoes are more in season.
