Duck! Not bbq, but bbq related...PRON
So I have some green heads that I breasted out... I normally do a jambalaya with wild ducks but I figured I'd try something new this time. I grabbed my bag of Oakridge BBQ Game Bird rub. Covered them with the rub. Then added a generous amount to my flour. A quick fry and fresh quacker!
If you are a duck hunter you gotta own the Oakridge Game Bird rub! http://i1057.photobucket.com/albums/...4EF9315B45.jpg http://i1057.photobucket.com/albums/...4EEE945497.jpg http://i1057.photobucket.com/albums/...4EEA69A96E.jpg http://i1057.photobucket.com/albums/...4EE62E45F9.jpg http://i1057.photobucket.com/albums/...4EDE31B564.jpg Even my little man liked it! http://i1057.photobucket.com/albums/...4ECB3DA2D3.jpg |

I agree with landarc. Never seen 'em done that way but they look good. Last couple times I wrapped them in bacon and cooked on the grill.
