Made these up with some leftover pulled pork from the mini pig-pickin'. Reheated the pork in some mojo sauce and adobo seasoning, made some green plantain tostones and mango salsa, good eats!

Good stuff. I eat patacones (tostones) on a weekly basis. My go to snack.
