Porky goodness with video pron
Yesterday i made a pork shoulder for a friend returning home from a year long deployment to Bahrain. I'm gonna serve it to him and his family today so i made a sneak preview video for him. I thought I'd share with the brethren. I smoked it with cherry at 285-315 for around 5 or 6 hours then let it rest for about 2.5 hours in a cooler wrapped in towels.
