american bbq sys/bar be cube
just bought a bar be cube,seasoning it now. very nice heavy smoker. anyone with any tips thats used one. wood only, charcoal only, temps difference on all the food grates? thanks

Looks good... I like that the top rack is cut in half. This way if you have a big roast you can place it on rack 2 and remove one of the grates on the top tier and still able to smoke ribs on the top rack. The only thing I noticed was that some of the pics had SS bar type of grates and some others had expanded steel. But looks like a good system if there are no leaks/drafts. Best of luck!!
