At least that's what we called it. Cornbread baked on top of chili. Yum!!!

YUM! Texas comfort food, to be legal the corn bread must contain Jalepenos and Bacon and topped off with Chedar and salsa but Ive been know to be an outlaw:biggrin1:

I was working with limited resources. Did the best I could with what I had.

Looks good. I made some Sat but wasn't too happy with it. I did America's Test Kitchen skillet tamale pie with a brand new non stick skillet. It came out tasting like the pan.
