Wanted to do pulled beef and peppers, but I'm not a big fan of green peppers or stout beer. Soooo I made it Texas style.Attachment 73116Attachment 73117
Seasoned and on the uds.Attachment 73118 Onions, poblano, garlic, Mexican oregano, worsted and 1/2 a 24oz shiner bockAttachment 73119 170 and on the veggies Attachment 73120 Pulled and mixed up. Attachment 73121 Reduced down. Attachment 73122 Legs& thighs and ec's.for the none adventurous. |

Looks great ! Fiesta fajita seasoning is great on baby backs too. Like the Shiner Bock idea. Where do get 24oz Shiner?

Love that Fiesta fajita seasoning a little expensive but good. What is the cut of beef you are using?

I LOVE Poblanos! Definitely agree, they add an extra depth of flavor that regular green peppers don't.

Chuck roasts I picked up at SAMs. I also made a pot of pintos with the ham bone from thanksgiving with the fiesta pinto bean seasoning.
