I have 11 turkeys to do tomorrow. Does anyone have a good creole butter recipe for injecting?

1/2 lb of unsalted butter per bird 1 tbl Tony Cacheres per 1/2 lb of butter melt butter on low heat along with the seasoning once the butter is melted steep 10 min and inject.
