UDS Bacon cheeseburger meatloaf

Always a tasty treat. She ran nice at about 230 at the top grate. The Bacon Cheeseburger meatloaf does not miss the mark. Delicious.

I love cheese burger meat loaf!! I make mine by rolling out the burger mix putting fried bacon, and cheddar cheese on it, then roll it up like a jelly roll, and seal the ends and the seam.
