Dueling UDS's! Turkey vs Butts
A beautiful day for smoking. Doing my Turkey early this year as we are going out of town. Did Patio's brine for about 2 days and smoking at about 275-300 using cherry wood. Just some EVOO on the skin and no rubs as I'm going to carve and discard the skin. The butts are cooking at about 280ish with pecan wood. More pics to follow.
