Phubar's Pulled Wildboar Neck Pron
Brined the neck in some salt water with bayleafs and crushed juniperberries.
Rubbed it with a homemade wild rub. Smoked overnight on the mini UDS about 9 hours at 300F... http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3596.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3597.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3598.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3599.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3600.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3601.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3602.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3606.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3607.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3609.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3611.jpg http://i673.photobucket.com/albums/v...2/IMG_3610.jpg |
