I know several people have committed about the customer service but you really cannot appreciate it until you experience it. I placed an order yesterday for some rubs. This was my first Simply Marvelous order and I never got any confirmation or did I see my credit card get charged. So I sent an email to and I kid you not I had a response in 5 minutes that he got the order and then no more than 10 after that I got a shipped notice and a partial refund (I am assuming the shipping problem). If his rubs are half as good as his customer service I am in for a real treat when they get here. Simply Marvelous fan for life.
