I have a Costco Vision Komado. When I cleaned out the ashes I saw this. It's below the expansion cut.Is it normal or did I break it already? It still works fine.

Well I'd say that cracking on ceramic cookers while not really meant to happen can and does happen eventually to a lot of cookers. Since it still works fine I say you didn't break it .

As a good friend of mine says, "nothing a little masking tape can't fix."

Can something like this be repaired with refractory cement? If it's still working OK, I'm not sure it's worth worrying about.

I wouldn't worry about it as you now have a full expansion ring. Cook on brother cook on!

I'm not worried about it.Just wondering if any other Vision owners had this happen.

Oh yeah, you broke it...

Nah - it happens, like the others said, put it back in and keep on cooking.

Bricks crack from heat. Send that picture to the manufacturer and see what type of response you get. You should be covered.
