I have a chance to lease a restaraunt to start a bbq place or looking to start out with a bbq mobile shack. What way would u go?

Its all about market research and finding the niche that needs to be filled in your area. dont have a food cart around you? Make one. No good bbq brick and mortar there is. Find out not whats best for you but whats best for your market to ensure success.
