I have a chance to lease a restaraunt to start a bbq place or looking to start out with a bbq mobile shack. What way would u go?

If you dont have the cart yet, go with brick n mortar.

Its all about market research and finding the niche that needs to be filled in your area. dont have a food cart around you? Make one. No good bbq brick and mortar place.....now there is. Find out not whats best for you but whats best for your market to ensure success.
