How much meat do I need?
I have a party this weekend for approx. 60-70 people. Brisket, Pulled Pork & St. Louis ribs, with Mac n cheese, Baked Beans, Cole slaw, mac & Potato salads. How much meat do you think I need to cook??
2 bones PP = 12 racks
1/4 lb brisket pp = 35lbs (at 50% yeild)
Pulled pork runs about the same.
