32 lbs of BUTT from DEPOT http://i1153.photobucket.com/albums/...ckinq/cryo.jpg http://i1153.photobucket.com/albums/...kinq/photo.jpg BUTTS in at 10pm - had to have a few with the neighbor to 'make sure' everything was 'ok' Cruising from midnite to 5am http://i1153.photobucket.com/albums/...q/boutdone.jpg 5 hours temp bout 135 NO FOIL...wrapped at 195* bout noonish - 14hrs http://i1153.photobucket.com/albums/...kinq/195-1.jpg :clap2: Ended up with 14.9 lbs of cryovac - from 32lbs. Very nice, I was a little startled when you got <50% yield, but then I read the part about family snacking before packing. Completely acceptable!
