I ordered 5lbs of rub on monday.. my history still says invoiced not shipped, emailed earlier today, no reply. planned to do some butts this weekend but thats looking shot now.
Mainly wondering if you guys experience slow shipping with them normally? Mainly ordered there since they are about 1 hour away, but as i work 70 hours i can't pick up.. even ups ground or USPS would be 1 day tops.

My two orders were pretty quick. With small business like this, I don't expect next day shipping or responses, but 2 - 3 days is reasonable. I would try not getting to bent out of shape, they'll make good soon.

naw.. not getting pissy.. just wondering what the norm is:) put my plans for the weekend on hold for awhile. This might give me the chance to switch to yardbird from bold anyway:)
