My first BIG week of BBQ
Starting with the Rattlers yesterday, I began a big week of 'cue.
Up today? Wampus' Peach/Bourbon Championship beans. Just did a taste test at 1 hour mark. Wampus, how in the HELL did there take only second? Hands-down best beans I've ever eaten (sorry, Mom)!
