UDS Wings for the Big Game (whose name we can't legally say)
One drum will be loaded up w/ ribs, so made sense to fill the other with wings! Usually, I just use the recipe off the side of the Frank's bottle and throw them in the oven. This will be my fist stab @ wings on a UDS. Any tips? Do I need to brine, marinade, rub, smoke, grill or some combination of all? thanks!

Watch the fire closely. The fat from the wings can cause flare ups.
