Hudson Valley Rib Fest is now a New York State Championship

The Hudson Valley Rib Fest being held on Aug 19,20,21 at the Ulster County Fairgounds is now a New York State Championship.

With some help from KCBS the Rotary Club of Highland received the procamation from the Governor.

The cookoff is a 2 day event starting with the NEBS Grilling on Saturday and KCBS cookoff on Sunday.

We are offering $8,500 in prize money for the two day event.
