Smoked Pork Loin is now officially my favorite pork
That is all.
|
Why is that?
Does your pulled pork suck? ;) |
Not yet. Have you tried a great marinated pork tenderloin? Much more flavor than a loin. Kosmos Q pork soak was made for pork tenderloin. Try it it's fantastic and it ain't me alone that thinks like this.

Wait 'til you cure a pork loin with TQ for about 8-10 days THEN smoke it to IT of 150*.

Already bought the pink salt. Do you slice it thinly like Canadian Bacon? |
I slice the ends thick. Really like the pepper on them. The rest is sliced half ~1/16" and half ~1/8".

Around here, pork sirloin tip (a better cut than "loin" is actually cheaper by at least $.50 a lb. I buy 'em @ Costco @ $1.99. Rub 'em with garlic EVOO, season 'em with your favorite and smoke 'em to an IT of 150*. YUMMO!
