How long can pulled pork be in fridge?
I need to cook enough pulled pork for an event coming up in early December and I am very busy right up through the event.
The dinner is for 11:30, so planning on pre cooking and reheating but wondering how many days can I put the pulled pork in the fridge (vacuum sealed) before reheating?
I believe its 2 days in a container but wondering if its longer when vacuum sealed.
I am looking at a time frame of pulling off the smokers at noon on Friday and to be served the following Monday at noon.
i've done vac seal and fridge the weekend before an event and had no problems
I can't vac seal at home in Minnesota, wish I could
