Kosmo's Pork Injection
Anyone have experience with the Kosmo's pork injection? How does it compare to Butchers? Thanks

We have used Butchers many times with good results. The injection works by adding phosphates to the meat. Doesn't really change the flavor of the pork. You could use Butcher's, Kosmos, or Fab with your pork and get good results. All are top notch products.
