I am entered in the Bixby Blues and BBQ festival this weekend. It will be my 4th competition to enter so I am still pretty new at all of this. As you all know, it is pretty overwhelming,especially to those of us that compete once or twice a year, to get everything together the week of a competition. Thanks to everyone for their advice and suggestions, especially Jim, and I hope to have a decent showing.
