I have done it now for sure, my third UDS.This one has a partial barrel extentision at the top.The high dome of the kettle bottom gives me room for three meat racks and a water pan rack down low. I wonder how much meat I can cook at once with this baby? There is nothing left of my 22.5 weber silver except the wheels, leg pipes, ash pan. I decided to give this a try and see how it would work. My wife named her "Bottoms Up" Today I cooked some chicken thighs on her for lunch. Testing out the high end temps. http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6135/...401a5941_z.jpg http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6002/...cf2a1105_z.jpg
It worked really well at the high end and I was surprised at the final temp.
